HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T AMARNATH GOUD CRL.P.No.7745 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in S.C.No.257 of 2019 on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge, Jagtial. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Though learned counsel for the petitioners filed the petition for quashing the proceedings in the aforesaid Calendar Case, he restricts his prayer seeking dispensation of personal appearance of the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 before the Court below. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the request of learned counsel for the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the personal appearance of the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 in S.C.No.257 of 2019 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Jagtial, is only dispensed with, while permitting them to make their appearance through counsel. However, the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 shall appear before the Court below as and when their personal appearance

is so warranted, in respect of the aforesaid Calendar Case and the trial Court shall proceed with the matter.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
