JUSTI CE ANI S WRI T PETI TI ON No.26624 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed by the fourth respondent in O.A.No.3409 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, aggrieved by the interim order granted therein on 07.07.2015. While so, Sri V.Ravichandran, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that O.A.No.3409 of 2015 was itself withdrawn by the applicant therein, the first respondent herein, on 10.02.2017. In that view of the matter, the writ petition does not survive for consideration and is accordingly closed.

Interim order dated 20.10.2016 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
