CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.20283 of 2018 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband, by name Mr. Bodi Nagaraju s/o. Bodi Ramalingaiah (for short "the alleged detenu") before this Court and set him free.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader, representing the learned Advocate General (Andhra Pradesh), on instructions submitted that the alleged detenu was arrested in connection with Crime No.154/2018 of Guntur Rural Police Station, Guntur District, and produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate, who inturn remanded him to the Judicial custody.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the above submission.

In the light of the above subsequent events, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
