By order dated 17.06.2016, petitioner was informed that her contract as Field Assistant is cancelled. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has achieved the targets required to fulfill the contract, her contract is not renewed. Hence, this Writ Petition is filed.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Special Standing Counsel submit that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.15476 of 2016 and batch, dated 08.02.2017. However, learned Special Standing Counsel submits that in fact petitioner was assessed by the Three-Men Committee, but the decision impugned in the Writ Petition does not reflect the reasons in support of the decision and therefore, he fairly submits that the order can be set aside and the matter be remitted to the Project Director for consideration of the issue afresh. 4.

Having regard to these submissions, the Writ Petition is allowed and the order impugned is set aside and the matter is remitted to the Project Director for consideration of the entitlement of petitioner for renewal of the contract duly taking note of the decision rendered by this Court in W.P.No.41245 of 2016 and batch, dated 02.02.2017. The entire exercise shall be completed and appropriate orders be passed within a period two months from

the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
