HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P.M.P.No.3206 of 2017 And CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2448 of 2017 COMMON ORDER : (Oral) Vide C.R.P.M.P.No.3206 of 2017, petitioner seeks to condone the delay of 164 days in filing the revision petition against the docket order dated 27.07.2016 passed in E.P.No.89 of 2016 in O.S.No.34 of 2016 on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narsaraopet, Guntur District. 2.

The petitioner is working as a Doctor in Primary Health Centre, Martur in Prakasam District. In the above application, reason for delay is explained that due to change in climatic conditions, more patients were coming to the Primary Health Centre for treatment, therefore, he could not contact his Counsel within time. However, when he contacted the Counsel, he came to know that the Court below passed the docket order, dated 27th July 2016.

3.

It is to be noted that the climatic condition can persist for one week or to a maximum of one month, however, in the present petition, the delay is of 164 days in presenting the petition. There is no explanation in the application for such inordinate delay.

4.

Finding no ground to condone the delay, C.R.P.M.P.No.3206 of 2017 is dismissed. Consequently, revision petition stands rejected. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J 14th July 2017 ajr
