HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8624 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made application dated 30-06-2016 for conducting survey and fixing of stones of subject lands i.e.

Ac.1-19 guntas and Ac.2-12 guntas and in Sy.Nos 410 and 411 of Gandhi Nagar Village, H/o.Pillalamarri Village, Suryapet Mandal and District by paying necessary fee. As no action has been taken by the respondent-authorities, the petitioner made another representation on nil-11-2016 to the 2nd respondent under receipt dated 21-11-2016. Even then, no action has been taken. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that in pursuance to the petitioner's application, the 2nd respondent issued notice dated 01-08-2014 for conducting survey and thereafter, no survey was conducted. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner was asked to produce some documents. As the documents are not produced, survey could not be conducted. The 2nd respondent also issued memo for production of documents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will produce necessary documents as directed by the 2nd respondent.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to submit necessary documents to the 2nd respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the 2nd respondent shall take necessary action on the representation of the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
