This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, under Order 43 Rule 1 of CPC, is filed by the appellants/ petitioners aggrieved by the order dated 13.08.2019 passed in I.A.No.772 of 2019 in A.S.No.46 of 2019 by the II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal and requested to direct the lower Appellate Court to dispose of the Appeal Suit expeditiously.

In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the lower Appellate Court is directed to dispose of the Appeal Suit, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
