CVNR,J & TR,J ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal arises out of order and decree, dated 20.12.2010, in L.A.O.P.No.473 of 2004 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-VII Additional District & Sessions Judge's Court, Medak at Sangareddy, whereby he has fixed the compensation at Rs.16,500/- per acre for the submerged lands under Singoor Project.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for both the parties have submitted that in respect of certain lands covered by common notification, a Division Bench of this Court, vide judgment, dated 28.06.2011, in A.S.No.1967 of 2002 enhanced the compensation @ Rs.26,044/- per acre. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Appeals (TS) appearing for the respondents has, however, pointed out that in the instant case, the appellants have restricted their claim to Rs.25,000/- per acre, which fact is admitted by Mr.Venkatram Reddy Mantur, learned counsel for the appellants.

Since the appellants have restricted their claim to Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) per acre, the enhancement is limited to the said amount following the judgment, dated 28.06.2011, in A.S.No.1967 of 2002.
