Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel for the appellants does not press this writ appeal and seeks liberty to the appellants to pursue other remedies after the appeal against cancellation of ownership Certificate under Section 38-E of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 (for short 'the Act') is decided finally. The writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. Insofar as the appeal against cancellation of ownership Certificate is concerned, all contentions of the parties are kept open. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed.
