THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.5928 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to pass an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus in declaring the action of official respondent No.1 & 2 in not preventing the illegal/unauthorized construction carried out by respondent No.3 at Plot No.91, 92, 119, 120 Type - B in Sy.No.205 admeasuring 800 Sq.yards ituated at Sriram Nagar, Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in deviation to the Building Permission Permit No.37291/HO/WZ/Cir-11/2014 Dt.17.10.2014 in pursuant to the representations dt.01.02.2017 & 06.02.2017 a illegal, arbitrary and violative of Art.14 of Indian Constitution and pass such or further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstance of the case."

When the matter is called, it is informed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation that the unauthorized construction made by respondent No.3 was already demolished on 31.03.2017 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication and no orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
