OFFICE NOTE 02.08.2022 KS,J IA.No.1 OF 2022 (for being mentioned) This application is filed seeking permission to post this petition under the caption 'for being mentioned' to enable the petitioners to seek correction/clarification of the order dated 28.07.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.6708 of 2022.
Learned Counsel for petitioners submits that this Court on 28.07.2022 passed order in Crl.P.No.6708 of 2022 granting regular bail to petitioners 1 to 4 who are Accused Nos.2 to 5; However, in the bail order, it was wrongly typed in Para No.4, 4(i), 4(ii) and 4(iii) as "petitioners/A-2, A-4 & A-5" instead of "Petitioners 1 to 4 who are Accused Nos.2 to 5".
In view of the aforesaid submission, Office is directed to substitute para No.4, 4(i), 4(ii) and 4(iii) of the order with the following and issue corrected copy of the order. "4. ....................However, keeping in view the case and counter case, the petitioners 1 to 4 who are Accused Nos.2 to 5 are directed to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

The petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 5 are directed to be released on bail on their executing personal bonds for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally Courts, Hyderabad.
ii.
On such release, the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 5 shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Monday between 10.30 AM to 01.00 PM for a period of eight weeks, after completion of examination, for the purpose of investigation. iii. The petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 5 shall comply with the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C."
Accordingly, the earlier order dated 28.07.2022 passed in Crl.P.No.6708 of 2022 stands corrected with the above observation.
