This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 27.10.2016 passed in O.S.No.514 of 2005 on the file of the Court of XVIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.514 of 2005 on 23.01.2018. In view of disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
