HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.4303 OF 2004 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to set aside the Paragraphs 4 and 5 of G.O.Ms.No.2, Social Welfare (SW.ROR1) Department, dated 09.01.2004 as bad, illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and set aside the proceedings contained in Memo No.CMD/CGM/HRD/DS/AS-I/PO-I/D.No.277/04, dated 05.02.2004 issued by the 3rd respondent as bad, illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as Assistant Divisional Engineer with all consequential benefits and attendant benefits. Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 27.02.2018 seeking withdrawal of the writ petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
