HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7067 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.32 of 2015 of Shaligouraram Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447 and 427 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and before notice to respondent No.2/de facto complainant and before admission.

Perused the material on record.

It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the police filed charge sheet and cognizance was also taken by the learned Magistrate vide C.C.No.176 of 2015.

In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is closed with liberty to file criminal petition afresh challenging the final report and cognizance taken by the learned Magistrate.

The Registry is directed to return the additional material papers filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
