THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.6262 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A.2 in Crime No.197 of 2017 of Tandur Town Police Station, Vikarabad District, for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 IPC.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail application of the petitioner/A.2 was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 14.11.2017 in Crl.P.No.9569 of 2017 wherein all the contentions raised herein were raised and the same were negatived by the Court. There is no change of circumstances. The petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.
