HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION Nos.23454, 23459 and 23463 of 2019 COMMON ORDER:

As the petitioner company and its grievance, in these three writ petitions, are one and the same, they are being disposed of by this common order.

The grievance of the petitioner company is that the second respondent in these writ petitions is not considering its representations dated 28.09.2019, 05.10.2019 and 05.10.2019 and taking necessary action for providing protection during erection of Roof Top Tower by it on the respective buildings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner company submits that the issue in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.14941 of 2019, dated 28.04.2019, and in similar other writ petitions, and copies thereof are placed on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home does not dispute the said fact. Inasmuch as this Court has already decided the matter in W.P.No.14941 of 2016 and in similar other writ petitions, I see no reason to take a different view therefrom. The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of directing the second respondent in these writ petitions to consider the

TVK,J W.P.No.23454 of 2019 & batch petitioner company's representations dated 28.09.2019, 05.10.2019 and 05.10.2019 and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously, and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
