SC.No.2401434643 of the petitioner in respect of the Block No.11 in Sy No.B17, 818, 819 admeasuring an extent ol 271.42 Sq. yards situated at Kodada Municipality, Suryapet District, and trying to disconnect the power connection of the petitioner, without issuing any notice and without following the due process of law is highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, unjust, violation of Principals of Natural Justice, and violation of Artlcles 14,21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, apart from violation of Provisions of Electricity Act, 2003 and consequently direct respondent Nos.4 and 5 not to interfere into the peaceful Consumption of Electricity Service Connection vide SC.No.2401434643 of the petitioner in respect of the Block No.11 in Sy No.B17, 818, 819 admeasuring an extent ot 271.42 Sq.
