HCJ & AAR, J W.P. No. 23455 of 2019 Dt: 28-10-2019 Order: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) Mr. K. Venkatesulu, the learned counsel for the petitioner, informs this Court that since the detenu has been released by the Police, the present Habeas Corpus petition no longer survives.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
