HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6297 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioners/A1 & A2 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No. 207 of 2017 of Abullapurmet Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 447 & 427 IPC.

Investigation is reported to be pending.

Having regard to the nature of the charging Sections i.e., 420, 447 & 427 IPC, which are punishable less than 7 years, the investigation shall lead to its logical conclusion. However, the investigating officer shall strictly follow the guidelines rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar V. State of Bihar1 and follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., during the course of investigation. Petitioners/A1 & A2 in turn are directed to cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.
