The petitioners pray for the following relief: "....writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to restrain the hut dwellers from occupying the land of petitioners and not to allow the hut dwellers evicted in compliance of interim order in WP MP No.12809 of 2011 in WP No.10414 of 2011 to occupy and erect any kind of dwellings in our land in Sy.No.65-77, 82, 122, 123 & 125 and Sy.Nos.119, 120, 121 & 124 of Saidabad Village & Mandal, Hyderabad District."

2. With the passage of time or for other reasons, Sri Mohammad Ali, learned counsel for the petitioners, requests the court to give liberty to petitioners, if so advised and available in law to workout the remedies in a properly instituted proceedings before a competent civil court.

3. The statement is placed on record.

4. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed by granting liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that this court has not examined the merits of the matter. It is for the parties to workout the merits in proceedings they choose to initiate in this behalf. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
