O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To issue a writ more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.1 in placing the 2nd petitioner college in "No Admission" for the academic year 2018-19 vide the impugned order F.No.AICTE/AB/SCR/PID 16093421/2018-19/5% dated 12-04-2018 in confirmation of the proceedings dated 1412-2017 for the academic year 2018-19 for Engineering Courses - both UG and PG as well as MBA courses, as arbitrary, illegal, offending Article 14 and 30(1) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.1 council to grant extension of approval for the academic year 2018-19 by reconsidering the explanation and documents submitted by the petitioner college, in the interest of justice, and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble High Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that this court in similar facts and circumstances disposed of W.P.No.18774 of 2018 dated 12-06-2018 with the following direction:

"In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the compliance report submitted by the petitioners, with regard to compliance of deficiencies pointed by the Standing Appellate Committee in the impugned order and pass revised order as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by affording an opportunity of hearing for explaining the material placed by the petitioners before the 1st respondent." Sri A. Abhishek Reddy and Sri K. Ramakanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1, 3 and 4 and Government Pleader for Education for 2nd respondent, do not dispute the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and sought to dispose of the writ petition in terms of above order of this court.

In view of the same, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the above directions of this court in W.P.No.18774 of 2018 dated 12-06-2018.
