The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in interfering into the civil disputes, in calling the petitioners to the police station and in directing them to get the original documents in relation to the land in question.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 29.10.2019 received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Balapur Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, which is placed on record, would submit that the respondent police are not concerned with the issue complained in the writ petition and that no complaint has been received regarding the land in question from any individual or from revenue officials. In the said instructions, it is also stated that the respondent police never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioners at any point of time, nor called the petitioners to the police station to produce any document.

In the light of the submission made on behalf of the respondents based on the written instructions to the effect that the respondent police never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioners, no direction as sought is required to be given in the matter.
