ORDER:

It is not in dispute that similar matters of this nature are already disposed of by this Court as per the order of the learned single Judge of this Court in WP.No.5726 of 2000 dated 23.08.2000, which was confirmed in

WA.No.1301 of 2000 dated 29.10.2002. This writ petition is similar to WP.No.28043 of 2014 disposed of by this Court by order dated 19.09.2014. In view of the above, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the direction in WP.No.28043 of 2014, which is extracted hereunder: "The issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid order of the learned Single Judge, which was confirmed in the writ appeal. In view of the above circumstances, the respondents are directed to sanction years Special Grade/Stagnation increment to the petitioners if they completed 20 years of continuous service in the respondent corporation irrespective of regions, in terms of the order in W.P.No.5726 of 2000 dated 23-82000. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any shall stand closed."

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
