THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR C.M.A No.158 of 2010 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred questioning order dated 11-12-2009 in I.A.No.521/2009 in O.S.No.94/2009 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Guntur.

Plaintiff filed the above suit for specific performance of agreement of sale dated 22-11-2009 and in that suit, an application is filed seeking temporary injunction restraining the respondents from creating any third party interest and that application was dismissed

on merits. Questioning the same, present appeal is preferred.

3. As per the office note, the suit O.S.No.94/2009 was disposed of on 30-05-2011 and in view of the disposal of the suit, nothing survives for adjudication.

4. Therefore, appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand dismissed.
