HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20321 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.T.S.Praveen Kumar for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner complains against inaction in entering his name in web-pahani and issuing E-pass book-cum-title deed to the agricultural land in an extent of Ac.8-00 gts., in Sy.No.262/ AA/ 4 at Raghunadhapalem Village and Mandal, Khammam District, as illegal and arbitrary.

The Assistant Government Pleader, referring to written instructions dated 25.06.2018, submits that respondents 3 and 4 are taking steps for physical inspection, location and survey of the subject land and the outcome of the said exercise will be communicated to petitioner within four weeks from today. The statement is placed on record and accepted. The petitioner, if aggrieved by the communication of respondents 3 and 4, is given liberty to challenge the same in Court or before competent authority.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
