This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-A2 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in NDPS S.C.No.14 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional Sessions Judge, East Godavari District, Rajahmundry.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner and others were found transporting 316 kgs of ganja, and thus, he along with others committed the offence punishable under Section 8(c ) r/w 20(b)(1) of the NDPS Act.
