ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare letter Rc.No.Peshi/395/2015, dated 6-10-2015 of respondent No.2, as illegal and arbitrary.

I have heard the learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

By the impugned letter, respondent No.2 has informed the petitioner that the Enquiry Committee will be visiting the latter's premises for conducting enquiry from 12-10-2015 to 14-10-2015 and that the petitioner shall keep all the required documents and staff working with

it for verification. On the petitioner's own pleadings, the Enquiry Committee has not visited the petitioner's premises as per the notification. Therefore, the Writ Petition filed questioning the said notification has rendered itself infructuous. Hence, I do not find the necessity of adjudicating the validity of the said notice. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
