THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No.1465 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed complaining wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 06.04.2018, in W.P.No.10072 of 2018. 2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; and of the learned Government Pleader for School Education (Telangana) appearing for the respondent. I have perused the material record. 3.

Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the order, dated 06.04.2018, passed by this Court in W.P.no.10072 of 2018, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this Contempt Case, has since been complied with. 4.

Though there is some delay in compliance, this Court is not inclined to take a serious view of the matter as it does not appear to be contumacious.

The contempt case is accordingly closed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
