CVNR, J & MSKJ, J WP 26530/2016 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside the preventive detention order dt.07.03.2016 passed by respondent No.2 and also the proclamation order dt.01.07.2016 issued by him. After arguing the case, Mr. V.H.V.R.R. Swamy, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to avail appropriate remedy according to law.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.32810 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
