THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.21953 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation.

With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of respondents 1 and 2 in not considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2016 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently direct respondents 1 and 2 to pass appropriate orders on the said representation made by the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his representation, dated 13.06.2016 made to the 1st respondent is not considered till date.

Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the circumstances stated above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the authorities concerned to consider the representation dated 13.06.2016 made by the petitioner seeking to take action against the 3rd and 4th respondents in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
