This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "...to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in refusing to issue applications forms to the petitioner for admission into EAMCET Ranking Based Management Seats (Category B) the petitioner secured 93.5% in Groups and 93.3% in aggregate in under Graduate Medical and Dental Courses, either through their website or in person, as required by the Rules framed under G.O.Ms.No. 136 (Health Medical and Family Welfare (El) Department) dated 30.04.2007 as amended by G.O.Ms.No. 97 (Health Medical and Family Welfare (El) Department ) dated 06.07.

2013 issued by the lsr respondent, as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, violative of fundamental rights guaranteed under the Constitution of India, violation of principles of natural justice, in violation of the Rules and issue a consequential direction to respondents to issue the Application Form to the petitioner for admission into EAMCET Ranking Based Management Seats (Category B) in under Graduate Medical and Dental Courses, and further direct the respondents to receive the completed application form and issue receipts and pass such other orders in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice...." No interim order was granted by this Court.

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that due to passage of time the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
