This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dt.25.10.2016 in W.P.MP.No.44283 of 2016 in W.P.No.35928 of 2016.

By separate order dt.22.09.2017 passed in WV.MP.No.5245 of 2016, this Court has vacated the order dt.25.10.2016.

Therefore, I see no reason to punish the respondents and this Contempt Case is accordingly closed. No costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
