This application is filed seeking to amend the prayer of the writ petition by correcting the petitioner's house number as "dwelling unit flat No.H-2 on ground floor" in the place of "dwelling unit flat No.H-6 on first floor" in the writ petition and also in the order dated 28-07-2022 in W.P.No.30550 of 2022.

Subba Rao submits that in the prayer of the writ petition and the order dated 28-07-2022 in W.P.No.30550 of 2022, the petitioner's house name is wrongly mentioned as "dwelling unit flat No.H-6 on first floor" and the same may be deleted and replace the same as "dwelling unit flat No.H-2 on ground floor".

Accordingly, I.A., is ordered. Registry is directed to amend the prayer of the writ petition and also issue a corrected copy of the order by deleting the words "dwelling unit flat No.H-6 on first floor" and replace the same as "dwelling unit flat No.H-2 on ground floor".
