This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners over the property admeasuring 696 square yards in Survey No.690 situated in Peddapally Town, Karimnagar District, without following the due process of law. Mr.E.Madan Mohan Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioners, has addressed letter, dated 02-11-2015, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is stated that after filing of the Writ Petition, the respondents have granted building permission to the petitioners vide proceeding, dated 19.10.2015, and that therefore, the cause of action in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Today at the hearing Mr.B.Siva Sankar, learned Counsel representing Mr.E.Madan Mohan Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioners, has reiterated the contents of the said letter. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 16-09-2015, as extended by further orders, is vacated and WPMP.No.39348 of 2015, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 4th November, 2015 LUR
