This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 04.06.2012 in I.A.No.509 of 2012 in O.S.No.510 of 2007 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, at Vijayawada.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.
