The petitioner chose to file the present writ petition without disclosing the fact as to how he is aggrieved by the action of the respondents. The relief sought for in this writ petition is in the nature of public interest.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a writ petition by way of public interest litigation, if he so chooses.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
