HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:
According to petitioner, he purchased the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.0.31 guntas in Sy.No.240 of Shankarpally village and mandal, Ranga Reddy district. Accordingly, his name was mutated in the revenue records and pattadar pass book and title deeds were issued to him. As per the new policy issued by the Government, petitioner made application for issuance of new pattadar pass book and title deed. Alleging inaction in considering the application, this Writ Petition is filed.

Since application is already made and acknowledged by the revenue authorities, without expressing any opinion on merits, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar to consider the application dated 10.10.2019 submitted by the petitioner for issuance of new pattadar pass book and title deed and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
