Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that in view of the intimation of refusal passed by way of proceedings dated 04-02-2017 by the 5th respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. In the circumstances, cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 04-02-2017 passed by the 5th respondent in appropriate forum, if so advised. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case are also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
