THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32362 OF 2016 ORDER :

It is the case of the petitioner that when the matter is remitted back by this Court vide orders dated 14.06.2016 in WP No.4066 of 2010, by setting aside the impugned proceedings No.A/90/2004, dated 16.06.2009 in WP No.4066 of 2010, the parties appeared before the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, Porumamilla Mandal and filed written submissions. But the 4th respondent has not considered the same and no orders are passed till date. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the matter is remitted by this Court vide orders dated 14.06.2016 in WP No.4066 of 2010, the 4th respondent is directed to pass orders in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to both parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.
