Heard Mr.C.Siva Sankar for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...............Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent Suo-Motu in directing the 4th respondent to delete the names of the petitioners from Paatadar Passbooks in respect of land in Sy.No.182/1A, an extent fo AC.1.00 Cents situated at Kallur Village, Kurnool District by Proc.RDOKRNLMIS/354/2018-SA(C)-RDOKRNL-KRNL DVN dated 29-052018, served on 13-06-2018, inspite of orders in W.P.No.18631 of 2018 dated 11-06-2018 of this Hon'ble Court, which is illegal, arbitrary................."

The petitioners on 22.06.2018 filed the revision under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 challenging the order impugned in this writ petition. Since the revision which is effective under the Act is already availed, the writ petition need not be kept pending. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order: (a) The 2nd respondent considers disposing of the revision as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(b) The petitioners are directed to file copy of this order along with a memo within four weeks from today. The order dated 29.05.2018 is suspended pending disposal of the revision. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
