This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "......Issue a writ or direction preferably writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not passing appropriate orders either on the stay petition or on the revision itself filed on 31-1-2015 against the order of the 2nd respondent dt:1-11-204 in C.M.A.No.299/2007 confirming the order of the 3rti respondent in Case No.270/03/ASPM dt:14-2-2005 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the stay petition or the revision itself within a reasonable time and further direct the respondents 2 to 4 or their subordinate staff not to dispossess the petitioner from land in Sy.Nos.60 & 61 to an extent of Ac.2-26 gunts and 2-26 gts total admeasuring Ac.5-12 gts, situated at Pamulapally Village, Aswapuram Mandal of Khammam Dist.

The grievance of the petitioner is that as against the orders passed by the 2nd respondent in C.M.A.No.299 of 2007 dated 01.11.2014 a statutory revision has been preferred before the 1st respondent and the same is pending. Along with the said revision he also filed a petition for stay and the same is yet to be disposed of. The petitioner apprehends implementation of the order of the primary authority dated 14.02.2005 evicting the petitioner from the land in his possession. Hence the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare (Telangana) for respondents. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare, in my considered opinion interest of justice would be met if a direction is issued to the 1st

respondent to dispose of either stay petitioner or the revision itself filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from today. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to dispose of either the stay petition or the main revision itself filed by the petitioner on 31.01.2015, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from today. Till the revision petition is disposed of there shall be stay of all further proceedings. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
