Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent-police in registering the FIR on the complaint dated 04-06-2018 given by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that a case in Cr.No.174 of 2018 was registered basing on the complaint of the petitioner.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
