Learned counsel appearing for the parties seek to rely on a Joint Memo filed by the petitioner as well as the respondent, signed on 09.06.2025, for recording a Compromise between them. 2.

Considering the Joint Memo and the submissions made on behalf of the parties, I.A.No.1 of 2025 and F.C.A.No.185 of 2024 are disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo.

A copy of the Joint Memo is enclosed with I.A.No.1 of 2025. 4.

The parties are given liberty to approach the Family Court for appropriate orders.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
