HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR CMA.No.934 OF 2008 ORDER:

This CMA is preferred against the order dated 7th June, 2007 in I.A.No.2697 of 2006 in O.S.No.1882 of 2006 on the file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B.Nagar.

Respondent herein filed suit O.S.No.1882 of 2006 seeking declaration that he is the absolute owner of the schedule property and prayed for consequential injunction restraining appellants and their men from interfering with peaceful possession of the suit schedule property. Trial Court on a consideration of documents produced on behalf of respondent granted interim injunction and allowed the application through order dated 7th June, 2007. Questioning the said order, appellants preferred the present appeal.

As per office note the main suit O.S.No.1882 of 2006 was disposed of on 26.11.2015 by decreeing the suit on contest. As the main suit itself is decreed, no cause survives in this appeal.

In spite of posting this matter under the caption "specially identified case", neither the advocate for appellants nor any representation is made on their behalf. Considering the above aspects, the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending

in this appeal shall stand dismissed.
