When the matter is taken up for hearing on 29.11.2016, there was no representation for the petitioner. As such, the matter was directed to be listed today under caption 'for dismissal'. Inspite of the matter being listed under the said caption, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
