ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Mayur Reddy, learned standing counsel for the respondents.
Since the issue involved in this writ petition is similar to the one considered by this Court in WP.No.23783 of 2012 dated 28.09.2012, this writ petition is disposed with similar direction, as under: "For reasons alike, as were mentioned in the said order, this writ petition is allowed directing APSRTC to consider the petitioners' cases for granting special grade increment on completion of 20 years of service by considering their total service in the APSRTC irrespective of the regions and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order ..." As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
