G. Lakshmi Devi, v. The Govt. Of Ap,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.NO.31187 OF 2014
O R D E R
Heard Sri Mrs. Thota Suneetha, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleaders for Education and Revenue.
The petitioners challenge the action of respondents in trying to remove the petitioners from discharging the duties as agent in implementing the midday meals programme at Allugundu and Cherlakothuru villages, Kurnool District without following procedure or affording opportunity to petitioners, as illegal and unconstitutional. On 17.10.2014, this court passed the following interim order: "Petitioners stated that they are still working as agency for providing midday meals and questioned the action likely to be taken for their removal. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education takes notice for respondents No.4 and seeks time to get instructions. Status quo, existing as on today, to continue till next date of hearing." The above interim order is subsisting as on today.
Respondents have not filed reply to the allegations raised by the petitioner. The counsel for the petitioner relied upon the common order dated 13.12.2014 passed in W.P.No.9800 of 2013 and batch and contends that the prayer in this writ petition is substantially covered by the common order and the writ petition can be disposed of .
The statement is not opposed by the learned Assistant Government Pleaders.
I have perused the direction in these two writ petitions and also the final directions issued by this court in W.P.No.9800 of 2013. The present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 13.12.2014 in W.P.No.9800 of 2013 and batch. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. --------------------------------------------- S.V.BHATT,J DATE:27-04-2017 AVS
