HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 20690 of 2012 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not paying balance of the enhanced remuneration of Rs.9,000/- per month totalling an amount of Rs.98,800/- to the petitioner in respect of the post of Legal Advisor in the office of the Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, the second respondent for the period from 01.08.2010 to 16.06.2011 in terms of G.O.Rt.No.754, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, dated 17.06.2011.

In respect of the grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation to the Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration on 23.05.2012 which was in continuation of the earlier representations. The representation was filed for considering her case to pay the amount of Rs.94,800/- and it appears that the said representation was considered pursuant to an interim order passed in this Writ Petition on 10.07.2012 and was rejected. Challenging the said rejection order the petitioner filed W.P.No.31383 of 2012 and in view of the subsequent filing of the Writ Petition nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds that are available to her in the subsequent Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
