.....Respondent(s) Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the proceedings of the respondent issued in Roc.No.164/2014-G1, dt.4.3.2015 as illegal, arbitrary and is in violation of principles of natural justice.
