HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 490 of 2016 ORDER:

Sri Sambasiva Pratap, learned Counsel for respondent, submits that the goods and lorry seized by Sub-Inspector of Police, Visannapet Police Station, Krishna District, has since been surrendered before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tiruvur, the vehicle could not be released in favour of the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner, however, does not wish to press the contempt case.

The contempt case is, accordingly, closed. No order as to costs.
